Bottomless Brunch T&C’s

Welcome to Archive Sunday Service! We’re stoked to have you in for a good time. To keep everyone safe, happy and legal, here’s how it all works.

1. Duration

• The Bottomless Brunch runs every Sunday from 1.00 pm to 3.30 pm.
• The session lasts for 2.5 hours from your booked start time.
• Please arrive on time as service begins and ends at the scheduled times.

2. Drinks

• Your package includes a rotating selection of margaritas, house beer and Prosecco.
• Drinks are served one at a time per person.
• Our team may pace service at their discretion to ensure responsible consumption.
• Water and soft drinks are always available.

3. Food

• Brunch includes fries to start, your choice of burger or pizza, and dessert to finish.
• Please advise us of any dietary needs before your booking so we can accommodate you.

4. Responsible Service of Alcohol

• Archive West End follows Queensland’s Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) laws.
• Staff will refuse service to anyone showing signs of intoxication.
• Guests may be asked to leave if behaviour becomes unsafe, disorderly or disruptive.
• Paying for the brunch does not guarantee unlimited alcohol as service will always stop in line with RSA laws.

5. Behaviour

• We’re all here for a fun time, but please be respectful to our staff, venue and other guests.
• Any damage, abusive behaviour or unsafe conduct may result in removal without refund.

6. Bookings and Payment

• All bookings and payments are to be made via our NowBookIt link.
• Full payment is required at the time of booking to confirm your spot.
• Cancellations with less than 48 hours notice are non refundable.
• Late arrivals will not extend the session time.

7. Safety and Venue Rights

• Archive reserves the right to stop service or remove anyone who breaches RSA or house policy.
• Management decisions are final in all matters relating to RSA and guest safety.

8. The Fine Print

• Must be 18+ only and valid ID is required on entry.
• No takeaways of unfinished drinks.
• Archive promotes safe and responsible drinking at all times.
